Plot Ideas

Keep in mind, these are just some plots I'd personally like to do. If none are your cup of tea, then let's have coffee, yeah?

- Slice of Life
(In his case, leaning to act more civilized.)

- An unlikely romance with a Dragon.

- Hired Hand, or Mercenary jobs.

- Gladiatorial battles.
(Often this means one of our characters would die.)

- A romance with anyone, that is not a human.

Biography

Background Summary:
Revian is a former gladiator of the Scorched Barrens. He has made a name for himself in the ring, going by the title "The Gentle Butcher", for his almost elegant way of combat. He is a Bladesinger, taught the arts from his fellow gladiators at the young age of 15, yet only he survived until this day.

Earning his master a ton of coin, he is now allowed semi-autonomy of his own life, he must still be at the ready when called upon, but now that he can freely move about the city, he has picked up reading, animal handling, and is rather conversible. Something nobody would quite expect of a born killer.

Default Background

Keep in mind, this is the default background, Revian's background can be tweaked to be coherrent with the RP we're going for!

- - - - -

Revian was born a bastard mix of a father of the Primordial Blessed plains, and a mother of the Scorched Barrens. They met routinely during Revian's father's expedition to the great desert continent, where he kept the merchants travelling to and from safe on the roads. One thing lead to another and Revian was born immediately into a drama-filled life. Each parent represented opposing ideologies, and the family was crumbling before it could even have begun. Once his mother got law enforcement involved, neither party would remain happy.

Revians father was exiled, and banned from setting foot in the Scorched Barrens ever again, and the mother had her bastard son taken from her, placed into the grand arena where it was assumed he was to be cannon fodder for a crowd's entertainment. Little did anyone know. Revian would not own survive, but excel in the arena. He first made friends with other captives, honing the craft of the bladesinging elves, adopting their ways, their mannerisms, looking up to them almost as family, yet when one fell by the other, he would not shed a tear.

Entering his late teens, a regular wadger and slave owner, purchased Revian, entranced by his ways of combat, he was mesmerising to watch, and the Giant saw an opportunity to earn more money than ever before. It was him that engraved Revian's equipment with the runes of his kin, empowering Revian's already exceptional arsenal, so he basically could not lose.

It was then when Revian had gotten used to the ring, he would no longer see it as survival, but rather a means to get by, a pride to uphold, his mind had become twisted by those tainted years of his youth. But that's also why outside of combat, he is more gentle that one would expect. He liked animals, they didn't say much, nor did he, but he understood them better than anyone he knew. He dreamt one day to settle down as a farmer, in fact he had found deceptive ways to accumulate the tiniest bit of wealth while under his mentor, the giant's watchful eye, who he'd never disobey, but also never look int the eyes off, for the fears of violence he could not fight against.

Barely 24 years of age, and the faithful day came. The royal guard had caught eye of the bastard gladiator who they had hoped would end up as just another corpse to feed the dogs, only to come, more than 20 years later, to seek him out, and join forces with the pharaoh. The giant was very reluctant to let him go, but he knew that not even he could deny the pharaoh. However his reluctance did pay off in the end by a bag of no more than 100 gold pieces, and so it was Revian had finally earned his freedom, not in the ways he so expected, And although he still has trouble adapting to society, and other people, he can't deny that this is more refreshing than he's ever felt before.
