- Alastor does have a deer tail, but he keeps it hidden most times
- Alastor rarely sleeps, at most he sleeps only once a week
- If hungry enough, Alastor will bite any living creature that just happens to be closest to him
- Just like an actual deer, Alastor gets distracted by mirrors momentarily and needs to take a double take, he also has instincts still that he manages to suppress such as rubbing his antlers against wooden objects though they do not fall out
- Alastor does have hooves, the only comfortable pair of shoes being the ones he usually wears with the hoof prints on the bottoms
