Since HoShin didn't send anyone to get their belongings out of the palace yet and Elton is not a particularly honourable type, he decides to go to take a look at their stuff. He searches their baggage to kind of try to figure them out better.
In HoShin's baggage there are mostly clothes, dry herbs and other traditional medicine tools and ingredients.
In Hoon's there are just some toys and typical kid junk.
But what leaves Elton a little messed is what he finds in JinJin's backpack: lots of musical instruments, including his erhu. His mind functions in weird ways and now he can't help but kinda connect JinJin with HaoLin, after all, they have a few points in common: Kitsune, Virtues element, love for music, kind, trauma.

For now, with the excuse of handing his things back — only JinJin's, leaving the rest in the residence of the palace where they had been hosted —, Elton goes to look for where they moved to, mostly because he wanted to know the place and be able to reach it.
While he stares at the house, that is a rather small place in the outskirts of the city, he notices a bunch of nimox "migrating" towards there.
The people of Arcanis didn't really settle anywhere, despite they had been offered help to. First, when they learnt that their king was in the palace, they started to gather outside of it. Then they moved around the hospital and now, finally, they are proceeding to his new place.

The people of Arcanis are all nimox and 1 kitsune, beside king and prince. They are used to live in a more natural way, so many of them didn't even really have a proper house in their kingdom. They never had real jobs, except those who served as guards or servants for the royal family. They are mostly hunters who don't know the concepts of having a job and earning money. Even HoShin and his children are clueless about those concepts.
Despite being the king, HoShin was also the only doctor in Arcanis and he helped enough people to get their absolute respect and affection, so they'd follow him anywhere now.
Elton watches curiously as all those 50ish nimox settle around the small house, but since there is so much "audience", he decides to leave and return later. Bold of.him.to assume they'll move.

After leaving the teapot, Elton makes sure to come back with the little red pizzas he baked for the afternoon snack. He always makes it for the royal family, technically for the kids, but he makes enough for Zhongli to find some after work too.

Anyhow, Chan comes back too, carrying some of the kids' toys and clothes, since they can't know how long the children will have to be there, until they solve the matter outside.
He also gives some other snacks to Xiao, Earth stuff like chocolate bars and the sort, to make sure they won't risk to starve if they don't manage to cook anything.

And finally, Xiao is ultimately left alone with the kids in the teapot.

After their plan is forged, they can proceed with action, since there is no time to loose with a creature of chaos of Kessian's power.
The knowledge concerning diving golden cores is very uncommon and in truth, only the Gods know about it. While Kesst was trying to prepare WonPil — the most suitable candidate to absorb his father's core —, Elton and the Demigods couldn't possibly know about it.

When everything is set and Zhongli is done with his modification of Roseslasher, they each take position.
Ziqun himself convinces ZhongLi not involve the young ones, as it's an incredibly dangerous situation and beside the risk of being harmed by Kessian there is the strong danger that they could get infected by the plague and end up just like Kessian himself.

Before ZhongLi leaves the palace, WooPil hands him a little flower he drew with his magic pen. It is like made of clay in consistence doesn't really emanates any particular energy. *WooPil doesn't know that ZhongLi is about to go somewhere dangerous, so the gesture might seem completely casual.

Ziqun and Zhongli successfully manage to lure Kessian into the underwater location they prepared with Shangque, where Elton is already waiting, holding Roseslasher.
He attacks Kessian immediately, intending to catch him on surprise. He fights well, he is definitely much stronger than an average person, but still nothing compared to a demigod of Kessian's power.
Regardless Elton tries his all and even uses his "ace in the sleeve*, the fact he developed a third element (Decay) beside the natural two (Chaos and Magic), he still can not win. Elton is weaker compared to the last time they fought, while Kessian is significantly stronger.
With one blow, Kessian almost rips Elton's whole arm off, the one wielding the sword, forcing him to drop Roseslasher and retreat.

Kessian doesn't relent in the slightest even then. He keeps attacking all the present ones, clearly intentioned to kill them all. Speaking to him is pointless, it's as if he couldn't even hear them. The only language he is capable of is some ancient dolashin gibberish that makes no sense.
Eventually, ZhongLi has to take the matter in his own hands and use Roseslasher himself, to fight and put an end to Kessian's misery.
When the final blow is delivered, though, the situation becomes totally crazy. A huge amount of energy starts to spread, terrible heat and radiations.
Everything happens incredibly fast. Elton suddenly pushes Zhongli away from Kessian, shielding him with his own body one moment before the demigod's core would break free from the shattering body.

With a very strong shockwave, Kessian's core enters Elton's body, fusing with his own.
The energy emanating from the process would be enough to send Zhongli and Ziqun to.their fathers and reduce everyone else into dust, but something strange happens. The flower WooPil gave to ZhongLi flies out from where he was keeping it and hovers between the two couples, a faint rainbow light spreading from it as the item absorbs a wide amount of the energy and radiations, preventing anyone from getting too damaged.
In the end, right after Kessian's body vanished, they catch a glimpse of something looking like Kessian's soul, reaching for the flower and disappearing with it.

Elton falls unconscious, still severely injured and not looking very good.

The people from the Simulated Universe, as already seen, are not exact copies of their real counterparts. They are just results of some alternative realities, distortions and simply different situations. And many people are just "created" into a specific context, like fake Dan Heng. He existed into a reality where Jing Yuan was evil and thus would not get him released from his eternal punishment. And although he has some powers similar to the original, they can't possibly be the powers of the High Elder, because they can only exist once, in the reality. They are a bit like the powers of the Travelers, who supposedly mimick those of the Archons, but are nowhere close to theirs. Real Dan Heng is far more powerful, just like ZhongLi compared to Morax.

Morax couldn't be more different from ZhongLi and not just in personality. Morax is younger, as the SU placed him in the time right after the end of the Archons Wars, weaker, but most importantly, he is not the demigod of Turhad. It would be simply impossible for a copy of a demigod to exist. Morax is just a replica of the "Geo Archon". He doesn't even know about the Gods of Dolash, he thinks to come from Celestia. And that's also why he doesn't see himself as ZhongLi's twin. To him, they are two completely different entities, regardless they should represent the same being.
If they ran a DNA test on Morax, he would literally have nothing connected to ZhongLi, they aren't even the same creature, biologically.

All this to introduce the fact that Kiorii did his thing again. He brought yet another person out of the Simulated Universe, but this time, it wasn't a case, he did it on purpose.
Kiorii learnt a way to access the SU in his sleep and he regularly does that, since he loves it and in there he can give in to his destructiveness without ending up in troubles. The only person Kiorii really respects is ZhongLi.
The reason why Kiorii made Morax angry, when ZhongLi and Crow were having tea, was that the kid needed him out of his office, as he needed to meddle with some official documents.
Kiorii manages to steal the papers containing all the information of the servants and guards who work in the palace.

In truth, he actually loves paperwork and is extremely accurate and serious when dealing with it.
He spends quite some hours every day, dealing with various documents from all sort of sources.
And that's exactly what he is doing, when suddenly WooPil sneaks to sit near him. He notices the child, but doesn't say anything, since the boy is perfectly silent and not bothering him in any way. A scene similar to the one in the Simulated Universe before Aron arrived.

Morax keeps working on the documents for a while, until he decides to take a break and… take WooPil out for a walk. Since the child was in the Simulated Universe, he is genuinely convinced that he is his son too. Now, how in his mind himself and ZhongLi had a child together… it's better not to investigate. XD But since ZhongLi is the real one, in a way, what he says becomes the reality for fake Morax.

He takes Woopino's hand and heads out of the Palace with him, slowly walking through the gate. Even if nobody really trusts Morax, by now he has made so many contracts with ZhongLi that he is pretty limited. Besides, unlike Father Morax, he is not so easy to use violence against a small child without any logical reason.
