He has taken something from Zhongli's teapot, he was way too tempted when he saw that book. He is starting to study the book, trying to give it a proper translation but it is difficult. He doesn't stop in front of a challenge, ever. He spends all his free time on it until he just collapses at some point and has a vision of a woman and the book, symbols on her necklace, same as the ancient artifact.
He craves to find out more, but he has some doubts he could really come across that mysterious woman in the streets.
He is leaving the palace, after another day of lessons and work with other scholars for the ultimate history report. He wonders if he'll get some feeling or other visions, for now he tries his luck.

While wandering the palace, he comes across Verfall. He doesn't know him, regardless he has a past in the Liofrost, but Domitius is too young to know. The man begins to interact with him in a friendly way, even if Domitius always struggles with other adult men in truth, but tries to not be completely hostile. It is not a long interaction, but enough for Verfall to uncover some intel.

As for Zhongli and what he did, he caused Ash to 'disappear', keeping her safe somewhere. Now he is waiting for the organization to react. Of course he warned Xianyun of it, to make her aware and not let her worry for Ash.

Domitius decides to head out of the palace and see if he can enjoy his time in some chill activity.

He is really intrigued to be in the eastern continent, he intends to stay even after their job will be completed and he made his own plan. Befriending Xianyun is a part of it, even if he also has other interests in doing so.
He decides to pay a visit in his free time while she is giving the children a lesson. He greets and begins to watch her work, looking at all effects like he is judging badly.

Lianxi and the Liofrost have been planning to form a better bond between their nations, sharing each other's knowledge and providing any help needed. A few representatives from the Liofrost arrive and are welcomed by Zhongli himself. They are shown the palace and provided with proper residence for their stay.
They are planning to join forces with Lianxi's teachers to form a proper program for schools, containing the proper historical facts and other important features. One of them is Domitius Riddle, a history and geography professor who really looked forward visiting the eastern continent to see its state. They already planned their first meeting for the day after, so he is now free but he is not very social, indeed he just starts to read on a quiet garden inside the palace.
