Teen years: At 14, she fell into a bad group of friends. At 15, she started dating Jeany Gray and soon she was partying, drinking, and skipping classes. By 17 she had to tone down the rebelliousness after her and Jeany stole a car, this was also the time Jeany was getting into drugs, and by her 18th birthday, she had overdosed on fentanyl.
Adult years: She was accepted into Yale on a musical scholarship. The death of Jeany still hangs fresh in her mind, and Carly has yet to be able to move on, she desires to write a song about her dead girlfriend and won’t move on until she does.
