Was born in NYC to his parents on December 31st/January 1st his head was out at 11:59pm and his body was out by 12:05am. Born to Mrs. Antoinette Scarsdale and Mr. Andrew Scarsdale Senior he lived an lovely life filled with cluelessness and money. He later learned that his parents were actually in witness protection and both were found and killed in front of him at fifteen. Sure he could have become something cool like Batman but instead he studied hard and got into the FBI. Mother is a Barnes, making Bucky his great, great, Uncle.
He started off in the FBI in DC like most. However, after a divorce he transferred to NYC.
Relationships: Andrew is a Bi man and was married to Miss Jennifer Sweetsman who left two years ago when he confessed he was having feelings for a man. She slandered his name in DC and thus transferred to NYC. She likes to pop up and cause him grief.
Bad Habits: Drinking, Gambling
Mental Health: He is going to therapy, suffers depression and has a hard time dconnecting with people. Pushing them away whenever he can. Spent time in rehab. Current mental health, he doesn't know what to do anymore and feels completely lost. Doesn't know left from right and is on probation at the FBI. One more big f*** up and his entire career his over.
