Kobik is the result of a S.H.I.E.L.D. experiment that attempted to use the shards of a fragmented cosmic cube to warp reality to the organization's desires. When the parts of the cube merged and formed Kobik as a living being, she was shortly afterwards manipulated into believing the ways of Hydra were good by the Red Skull, leading her to become a double agent for both organizations. This led to her rewriting history to suit Hydra's visions and creating a timeline where Steve Rogers was an agent of Hydra, but after the defeat of the evil Captain America, she was shown the truth and undid all the changes she had made to reality. She also looks at Bucky as a father figure and is also a member of the thunderbolts.

Power: Near-Omnipotence: Kobik was described as a being of near-absolute power. The way she uses her powers has been described as seeking what's pure and good in anything and giving it life. Her abilities involved changing someone's appearance and reviving the dead

Weaknesses
Kobik had the mentality of a child, making her susceptible to manipulation and trickery. She also had the misguided view that Hydra was good and would transform certain people into followers of Hydra, always against their will. Furthermore, if she became extremely emotional, her powers could go out of control and threaten everything and everyone around her and even reality itself.
