The Giglioli Whale

The Giglioli Whale is actually an almost rare species on the planet and because it has a different morphology from other whale species, it is becoming even better known, since it has two or more dorsal fins. However, those two dorsal fins were torn off in a "disagreement" with the Megalodon, and the Whale currently has an island on its back.

The nomenclature for this type of whale is also common in several other animals, as cryptozoology with that name ''Giglioli'' wants to classify general ''animals rarely seen'' or even ''uncommon'' in general.

In addition to the Giglioli whale in this type, there are also other animals that were rarely seen or that are considered to have a morphologically differentiated biotype from the rest of their species. That is, also expect to see other animals with ''Gigioli'' next to them in their names - and also know that they will be unusual. And frankly, a whale that has an island on its back can serve multiple purposes (if it wants to), even making others jealous.

The Fauke Monster

It's one thing to come across a strange and bizarre creature when you're on vacation or out in the woods, but when you're attacked in your own home... it takes things to another level.

In 1971, Fouke, Arkansas (USA) became the scene of a terrifying legend. It all started with Bobby Ford, who described a 10-foot-tall creature that was ridiculously fast and covered in long, dark fur — very similar to Sasquatch sightings, which by this point had been reported all over the United States. But this one was up close. And up close...

It was a Wednesday when Bobby's wife and sister-in-law reported hearing someone walking on the porch of the house they had recently moved into. And that's when it all happened, when Bobby and his brother were out hunting, until they were summoned back home by the screams (and guess whose?) of the lady of the house (Bobby's son's mother and his wife). According to Elizabeth Ford, the creature broke down the door and Elizabeth was so scared that she even fell - but screaming, before falling (which made Bobby's son and his wife hear and actually went back there to at least try HELP her).

Massive and furry, with glowing orange eyes - she said he didn't make a sound except for thick, heavy breathing. Elizabeth, lying on the floor, said she was paralyzed ''with the eyes of the creature'', which was also staring at her. When the husband got there, however, the thing, in its unpredictable speed, was already in the backyard and quickly grabbed him in its arms as he walked across the porch. Elizabeth herself said that she didn't even see him move from there.

She grabbed him in her arms, and kept looking his face from side to side, as if identifying him, and then immediately throwing him to the ground, as if he just ''wasn't the victim''-'' as if he had been mistaken ''. Fading into the trees again. Trails were left behind by the creature, three-finger prints that matched the deep three-finger scratches that had been made in the wood of the front porch two days earlier. In the NEXT days that followed, there were more and more sightings of the creature, with those swearing it wasn't a bear or a mountain lion, as some law enforcement officials had theorized (as usual).

Other sightings indicate that it may have been an exotic chimpanzee species, which had not yet been discovered, measuring 2.58 meters in height, but with variable weights from 230 kg to 530 kg. But those who saw the creature were also unimpressed by this theory - as there was no detail of the ''glowing orange eyes'' that were like the ''main source'' - the glowing orange eyes could be seen even if the creature was hiding in the dark. Sightings of the creature that attacked the Ford family have been traced back to the 1940s.

In 1972, the film The Legend of Boggy Creek raised the incident to national popularity. Sightings continued in and out of the area. And what about the Ford family? His terror was real — after Bobby was released from the hospital where he was being treated for minor injuries as well as emotional shock (when he was thrown on the porch, a large purple bruise could be seen all over his arm and elbow — plus artificial cuts). by the cheek — and let's face it, the porch was also made of stone, right people?), and they then moved out of the house in just one week.

The Skunk Ape

How can we talk about ex-cryptids without mentioning the Skunk Ape? It would even be an offense.

On October 25, 2010, a man was watching the comedy film ''Scary Movie 3'' around 1:00 am at his home, when he heard a noise outside his house that sounded like a long blast from a car horn or a police siren. He picked up the remote and hit mute on the TV, and he then realized that the sound was more like the howl of an injured animal. He assumed it was a bear or a mountain lion.

The next night, a friend came to pick him up to go to a casino around 8 pm. The two men had traveled about four miles when they heard the noise once more. They slowed down, and the noise stopped. They continued driving, but suddenly had to swerve to avoid hitting something in front of them that stopped abruptly. It was then that the two ''players'' saw what appeared to be a similar creature with a man at least 7 feet (2.13 meters tall) in addition to being ''very strong'', covered in dark fur, and with reddish eyes that gleamed in the reflection of their headlights.

"Human eyes don't do that," the witness explained in her report. After 20 to 30 seconds, the creature then walked towards them with a fluid snarl that was definitely not human, and both men quickly slammed on the brakes in fear. They got home that night by a different route to avoid another encounter. The witness now describes himself as a "true believer" in Skunk Ape, but added: "Whether it's Skunk Ape or not, I don't want you to come around my house again." Skunk Ape doesn't usually attack humans — and experts, or even acquaintances of him, like Caio or Thiago, say that Skunk Ape only almost attacked him because the two headlights pointed in his eye for a certain period of time ''can really start to hurt''.

The Loys Monkey

The Loys monkey or Ameranthropoides loysi (unofficial) was a strange ape-like creature that was shot dead in 1917 on the border between Venezuela and Colombia by a Swiss geologist named François de Loys (hence the name - that monkey was discovered by him). The creature was similar to a hominid, did not have a tail like an ape, had 32 teeth and was approximately 1.60 to 1.65 m tall.

François de Loys was leading an expedition in search of oil near the Tarra River and Maracaibo, when suddenly, like, ''out of nowhere'', he was surprised by two monkeys that ''were running and screaming'' in his direction. Loys also reported that they waved their arms in the air - and quite long arms, indeed. In order to defend himself, however, François de Loys fired at the creatures torso. The male ran towards a tree, managing to escape by hanging between the vines (doing it all really fast), but the female was hit and killed. The creature was photographed and the photos were kept by Loys.

François de Loys decided to keep it secret until quite a considerable time from the time he actually took the picture. He decided not to reveal more about the creature to anyone when he returned to Switzerland. But in 1929, anthropologist George Montadon, who was looking for information in de Loys' notes on indigenous tribes in South America, discovered the photo and convinced de Loys to publish it in an English newspaper. Which is what Loys did.

Later, then, several articles would be published in France about the mysterious creature and George Montadon proposed its scientific name to the French Academy of Sciences.

Shuck

The folklore of the British Isles is filled with tales of mysterious black dogs that are said to haunt rural towns and villages across the country. The Shuck - a huge black dog that inhabited East Anglia on the east coast of England - is probably one of the most famous, having apparently attacked a church in the village of Bungay, Suffolk, during a storm in 1577. The villagers were sheltering from the storm in the church, a huge black dog broke through the church door, killing a man and his son, and knocking down one of the pillars that supported the church tower, which collapsed in the middle of it. Upon fleeing the church, the Shuck apparently left burn marks on the wood of the church door that can still be seen to this day.
