Backstory: Silvia Hazel was born to Richard and Carol Lockwood and is the younger sister to Tyler Lockwood. She is a year younger than her brother. Growing up, she was often bullied verbally for the most part by her father. Her mother on the other hand was way more caring and she became a momma's girl, clearly trusting her mother a little more than her father. She was somewhat outspoken as a kid, often telling people bluntly what she was thinking, whether she was supposed to give her opinion on things or not. As she kept growing up beside her brother, she had started to attend Mystic Falls High School and actually saw how violent her father really was. She lost a lot of respect for him and constantly went against his wishes. She'd often lash out, especially more so with her werewolf curse. Under a full moon and someone tried to aggravate her, she'd almost lose her temper completely. She'd also often get picked on at Mystic Falls High School, despite her being the Mayor's daughter at the time. She eventually transfers to the Salvatore Boarding School. At some point, Klaus kills her mother for revenge against her brother, and her mother's death was really hard on her. These days, she goes about her normal every day routine. The only question is, how will she adapt if she triggers her werewolf curse? Her journey has only basically just started.

Rebekah was getting tired of being told what she could and couldn't do by Klaus. If anyone was to tell them what to do, it should've been Elijah since he's older than her and Nik. All Rebekah wanted was to love someone without having to be daggered for it by her brother Nik. He always saw her loving someone else a betrayal to him. After seeing Nik hurt those he claims to love, she had enough.

She had spoken to Elijah, and he supported her decision to leave the family for a chance to find the love she's always dreamed of having with another being. As for her brother Kol, she never told him since he was always a blabber mouth. But he always had her back when it mattered the most. Elijah also knew who her belonged to which was Tyler Lockwood.

Elijah and Rebekah both knew that it would forbidden for her to be with Tyler given Tyler and Nik's past history so to put Rebekah at ease, he told her that he would take care of Klaus so that she could have her happily ever after, after so many centuries of Klaus ruining all her attempts at love. Once she had packed her things, she had gotten into her car and drove to Mystic Falls.

She felt a wave of relief wash through her as she made her way back to Mystic Falls as she started a new chapter in her life. She had no Klaus to worry about, no 'always and forever' to come back to bite her in the ass, no family drama. Rebekah was free to finally live her life the way she had always wanted to. For once, she didn't have to fake a smile to pretend like everything was fine. Rebekah also felt happy for the first time in so many centuries.

When she finally arrived in Mystic Falls, her first stop was to go by the Lockwood Estate. She was in love with Tyler but never knew how he felt about her. He was always kind to her and he treated her with respect. This is what ignited her love for him in the first place. She had no home to come to in Mystic Falls so she hoped Tyler would allow her to stay at his. After she had knocked on the door and had her bags with her, Tyler was shocked to see her especially at his doorstep with bags. It looked as if she was ready to move in.

"Surprise! Did you miss me, love?" Rebekah said with a smile on her face and it took a minute for him to process everything but he had welcomed her into his home. He let her stay at his estate for free. Rebekah was very pleased with this. They grew closer during this time and they both eventually told each other how they felt and he even showed her how to play pool. Rebekah considered that to be their first date though.

Jade had always been rebellious and always breaking the rules even before she became a vampire at the age of 17. She had always had a problem controlling her blood lust when she was turned. She couldn't get enough of ripping humans apart, feeding off them and killing them. She was eventually sent to the prison world for her crimes where she met Kai, who she immediately didn't like. She had no intention of becoming a monster especially since she loved Alaric. She had recently learned that Alaric loved her back even when she couldn't control her bloodlust. The night she was sent away by him, it broke her heart and she had shut off her humanity to drown out the pain and grief she felt.

She killed Kai thousands of times, along with Wendy, a fire a witch and Diego, a werewolf. She always thought of Diego as stupid as he never listened to anyone. Once she got out of the prison world, she again had to adjust to her surroundings. She had met up with Alaric at the Salvatore Boarding House, and when he saw someone in the house, he proceeded to use a sword. Jade being cocky and feisty as well as sassy, caught him off guard. She ended up knocking that sword out of his hands.

It was that moment when they really started to connect and he had started to help her control her bloodlust. She deemed herself as a recovering ripper. She wanted to be better, do better. She did not want to be a monster. After a while Alaric said she was welcome to attend the school again for the young and gifted. Jade finally had a second chance and she didn't want to ruin it. She soon started a relationship with Alaric, the headmaster of her school, a forbidden love. That never stopped her as she always loved to break the rules.

She met her new friends there and she finally had the moral support system she's always wanted. Jade is determined to beat her bloodlust and be a better person who uses her gifts to help others and defeat evil. All she wanted was a chance, a chance she could do good in the world. Her days are now filled with beating her bloodlust, going to school, talking to her new friends and hanging with Alaric, her one true love. She has paved a new road for herself with a little bit of help.
