Since all of his abilities are mechanical, ability preventing things dont work on him. Also he has a little camera-like drone that is connected to him.

Bio: Masashi always had a rough childhood since his quirk awakened, it was hard for him to control it so his family chained him in the basement feeding him with barely anything for years. One day, his quirk's monster evolved enough to be able to break the chains so he escaped using that. He learnt how to control his ability from time to time, though he was a stray now since he ran from his real family. Luckily, he was adopted by a couple who couldn't make children. After his step family learned about his quirk, they wanted him to grow up as a hero. And so Masashi studies for the UA highschool.

Quirk:
Blood Manipulation; Fuji can harden, shape and completely control his blood. He can create weapons from it and since he is a nomu his blood is poisonous for humans he can also cover himself with it as an armor or quicken his pulse to increase his speed and strength. The downside is obvious, if he over-uses his quirk he'll have blood loss. and if he abuses the fact that he can incrase his pulse, he can have heart problem mid-fight.
