Personality: Very energetic and loud, but he's also quite the crybaby. He's very picky when it comes to food, he likes to make friends, he's very open about details of himself and others, and will tell anyone anything under the threat of being hurt. He's very cheerful and enjoys being happy and hanging out with his friends. He's also known for being random and not being able to read the situation, leading him to be optimistic and oblivious.
Background(Country): Italy lived with his brothers for a while until he was taken away by his grandfather, Ancient Rome. He lived with him for a while, learning how to paint and cook and be carefree and happy. That was, until Rome had to go and try to expand more, where he disappeared for a very long time. That left Italy with Austria, Holy Roman Empire, and Hungary. It wasn't terrible being Austria's maid, or servant. He got fed, he had a house to live in, there was a guy his age there. But Mr. Austria was very strict with his rules. If Italy got caught breaking one of them, he would get tossed in a cold, dark room and had to sit in there for hours thinking about what he'd done. However, Austria made it better by letting Italy listen to him play the piano. Austria had thought he was a girl until his voice changed while cleaning and singing one day. He'd worn a maid's dress up until then, but that was soon changed out for the boy's uniform he wears today. After staying with them for a while, having fallen in love with Holy Roman Empire only to be left behind by him, he was let go to be on his own. He wasn't very strong or used to being on his own, however, so he mostly wandered around on his own, trying to defend himself against the others. He ended up just hiding away until Germany came across him. They became close allies, then Japan joined the group, and now it's just the three of them defending each other and themselves against the Allies.
Background(Human): Feliciano barely remembered living with his other brothers except for Lovino, who lived with him and Grandpa Roma in a house in the middle of a field. They were rather poor, but they did make the best of it. However, because they were so poor, Roma had to give Feli away to Roderich and Lovi away to Antonio. Feli stayed in that large house with a kid his age and another caretaker for a long time, not really learning how to be mature and responsible despite the strict rules and all the chores he had daily. Despite how harsh Roderich had been, Feli still thinks lightly and kindly of him. He eventually got to go back home, as did his brother. Things were a bit different at home now with how their schedules were. They walked everywhere they went instead of driving, they worked when they could, and they were rather happy. Feli loved his daily walks to the market, especially when he got to talk to people while he was there. Now he does his daily routine and hangs out with his brother and his friends Ludwig and Kiku, whom he'd met a bit after coming back home.

1) No one-liners please. At least give me something to respond to. I generally give my replies the same length as yours, so keep that in mind.
2) No god-modding. Not many people I've rped with do this, but it's the most annoying thing ever. Not even Superman is invincible.
3) No Mary Sues. Those are perfect characters with no problems and no insecurities. Nobody's like that in real life. Everybody's bothered by something, everybody has some flaw, and honestly being perfect is boring.
4) Don't control my character. You're not playing as my character, you're playing as yours, so just don't. Your character is great enough to play!
5) This isn't something that I'll delete you for, but if you're leaving while we're talking or roleplaying, I'd like to know. You don't have to tell me why or where, just about how long. (i.e. "I'll be gone for a few hours, but I'll try to be back on my 3!") That way I'm not anticipating your reply and never getting it until a while later.
6) Grammar. Please use good grammar. If your native language isn't English, it's okay, just do your best, and I'll happily work with that. I'm actually one to make mistakes, but it's all spelling, because I type fast and don't look at what I'm typing, but I do my best with that, so a spelling mistake isn't a big deal. Just please say "My dog's name is Sarah." instead of "my dogs name is sarah."
7) If you ever need to pause a rp or if you just need to rant or just talk to me, feel free. I understand, and I'd love to help all I can!
