Ghostface (Amber Freeman)

Like Richie, Amber is a psychopathic, violent murderer, but she is clearly far more savage and cruel than Richie, as her sadism is based on thrill-seeking and chaos rather than self-righteousness and delusions about saving the Stab franchise. The directors have confirmed that even though Richie was the dominant half of their team, Amber is the one who thought up the idea of a killing spree and did most of the killing. She's also shown to be a massive coward, as when both Sidney and Gale toss her to a corner she begins to beg for mercy by claiming she was "radicalize", and would later do it again when Gale has her at gunpoint. Despite her psychopathic tendencies, she does seem to be genuinely loyal to Richie and, just like he, she enjoys killing and harassing other people. She never showed true loyalty to anyone besides Richie, and she was obsessed with creating the "requel" for him and killing others for her own satisfaction.

She was the eighth revealed Ghostface killer in the Scream film franchise, co-killer of the third Woodsboro Murders and the third female antagonist (following Nancy Loomis from Scream 2 and Jill Roberts from Scream 4).

Amber is one of the most brutal Ghostface killers in the Scream franchise, alongside Roman Bridger, Charlie Walker, Wayne Bailey and Kieran Wilcox.
She is also among the most accomplished. She manages to brutally murder legacy character Dewey Riley who previously survived 7 Ghostfaces before her and also killed off Judy Hicks, another legacy character.

According to writers, and also lines within Scream 6, Amber was responsible for majority of the kills and works in Scream 5, being described as the mastermind despite Richie believing he was.

Ghostface (Billy Loomis)

Billy was once a caring and sweet person until his family was broken up due to his father having an affair with Maureen Prescott, the mother of his girlfriend Sidney Prescott. He suffered a psychotic breakdown, turning him into a sociopathic monster. He was very calculating and manipulative, strategically planning each of the murders and the attacks on Sidney to avoid any suspicion.

Billy was named after the heroic Dr. Sam Loomis from Halloween, who was already named after one of the protagonists, Sam Loomis, from Psycho.

Billy quotes killer Norman Bates ("We all go a little mad sometimes") and his motive (avenging his mother) is that of Jason Voorhees' first kill. Interestingly, his mother's motive in the second movie was to avenge his death, much like Pamela Voorhees.

Ghostface (Roman Bridger)

Presenting himself as the artistic director in an almost bumbling, Woody Allen way, Roman deluded himself to be a tragic hero.

However, after the reveal, Roman showed his true nature as a sadistic, entitled, vengeful, heartless, spiteful, egotistical, jealous and anti-social man. He took pride at executing his own mother, showing no empathy for her suffering, and even hated Sidney because she was born, willing to kill 9 people just to frame her at his killing spree.

Roman is also the only individual Ghostface, so therefore, he has the highest body count per killing spree. Kieran Wilcox has an even higher body count overall, standing at an estimated body count of 11-12, but unlike Roman, Kieran killed his victims in two different killing sprees.

Because he was behind everything from the start of the films, Roman can be considered the Greater-Scope Villain of the franchise. However, his possible father John Milton was responsible for the events too.
