He heard and discussed with Zhongli about the particular trial. He sees many every day, he doesn't intend to get biased by the fact Miko and WonPil have connections with the king. He'll give his fair judgement depending on the proof he is shown.
The hall is ready to host the trial. The guards accompany Miko and WonPil to their place, together with their defender. On the other side, Zhongli himself with all his material. He discussed with Furina before the trial, to make sure they avoid some facts that could go against them.
The witnesses and the others are also there in case they'll need to give their version of facts. And in the very end, when the hall is full of people, the Chief Justice makes his appearance and everyone stands up in sign of respect.

He has been through many busy days with the guards being even too efficient. Even so, he tries to give his best in giving the final and most objective judgement on every matter.
It is soon time for Shin. One of the few who actually commited a serious crime.

They enstablish a few new authorities in Lianxi, with the help of other Demigods. Ziqun renews the old prison, making a whole new and scary building and together with She'er, even a Court of Justice. They are strictly connected, indeed they decide to deal the prison in a rather particular way, headed to rieducate prisoners, without executions. A place where they will receive the rightful punishment for their crimes and stay there until all their sins are cleansed. Criminals will take a trial with She'er that will judge them fully, send them to prison when guilty, there Ziqun will decide the proper punishment. After a few years, depending on the crime and behaviour, they will be sent to the Court to be judged again. Considering the situation, Red Dawn agrees to send Shuguang criminals there too.
She'er is the Chief Justice, Ziqun the Head Jailer. Jing Yuan, with his position as General, will have to monitor the prison and the affairs of the Court. As for Cyno, in his hands are the guards, having to investigate and arrest criminals. Johan starts working for Jing Yuan, becoming a jailer.

The day finally comes. She'er is ready to lead them through the eerie forest, also giving who hasn't one a little bell.
Red Dawn is back to her good shape, but she is creepy to have around. She is thirsty for revenge. Haitien was truly like her own blood to her, her child, she considers Orchid guilty.
Zhongli wants to free the kingdoms as soon as possible. Without rulers and only Orchid on the lead, chaos and destruction started to spread quickly. All about Nanook's power after all.
Miko refuses to stay behind, so does Shin, but some had to stay to look after the children and make sure to flee in the worst cases scenarios. Johan surprisingly joined too, he thinks it will show good will from his side, even if his hopes and patience are getting thinnier and he doesn't like to put effort without a result. Before to leave, She'er gives all of them the crystals he and WooPil prepared.

She'er leads them to the place, warning them only the Nine will be able to proceed. He is only allowed because Orchid granted it, but he doesn't know if it will still work for him.
Demigods and others guard the situation outside, extremely on careful at any change.

They reach the deep underground, till they find Orchid, guarding the place himself. ''I'm so disappointed in you, She'er...did you really side with them? What is with the unbreakable bond with a dragon?'' He focuses on She'er, ignoring the Nine.
She'er looks at Orchid, pretty much emotionless. ''You don't see it yet...I have just served you Red Dawn and Clover on a silver tray. How could you think I would betray you?'' He freezes completely the entrance to not let them leave.
Orchid smirks. ''My friend...'' He immediately aims to attack Red Dawn and Clover without giving them the chance to react to She'er's words. During the time he is busy fighting Clover and Red Dawn, She'er sneaks ahead, reaching the spot and using his power to freeze it completely. Orchid feels it immediately, interrupting the fight, but soon starting to attack faster and more fiercely, he is angry. Of course he is already weakened by it, but uses all the power still left in him. He tears the place apart, making it collapse. She'er protects Red Dawn and Clover. The fight is now open to everyone. Orchid summons Antimatter Legion minions all around too. He does his all to not let anyone get to the spot and damage it further.
Soon Orchid starts getting overpowered by so many powerful creatures against him. Out of desperation, he even summons a Doomsday Beast, but that only makes him loose more and more control of the situation. She'er changes into his dragon form, fighting the beast and dragging it away from the battlefield.
Chan finds the chance to approach the source of his power. It looks like a metal blossom. Chan destroys it completely and it causes all the minions and Orchid himself to disappear into ashes.

They return and after mending the wounded and resting, they begin to discuss regarding the kingdoms and their situation. They decide together, regarding Lianxi, that it should go to Zhongli since the princes are not willing and ready.

Together, they head to Shuguang first, then Lianxi, fixing the whole places and renewing them too. They turn out looking truly glorious.
Done that, they take their people from Cloud Recesses to the renewed kingdoms.

He has never approved his choice of cooperating with Nanook, but due to his bound to Deadly Orchid he couldn't go against him. He told him he bounded with White Orchid, not what he later became.
