BackSTORY: (Sorry that it's long)
Jackson Price joined the Marines at the young age of 17. There he spent his time training his body and practicing weapon use. He fought and won his first war at the age of 19. He fought in many battles and wars winning and losing some. During one war he was captured and tortured by a gang of Arabian militants, leaving small scars across his body and one deep slash across his chest.
He eventually retired from the military at the age of 23 after having visions and nightmares of his now-dead comrades and friends. After retiring he started going to CBT and taking SSRIs to ease the trauma. He started to get comfortable with his life until one day he was captured by a group of men in great SWAT outfits. He woke up a few hours later dressed in white scrubs. He looked around seeing several other men and women around him finding that they were locked in an all while glass room. Soon a man began to speak through an intercom his voice light and snarky.
"You may be wondering why you are here? I am here to inform you that the 20 of you have been selected for various reasons and you all will be going through a series of procedures for an estimated time of 10 years."
Everyone looked around in confusion and fearsome screaming out for help and banging on the glass wall. "That's won't work. Now if you're done with you're tantrum we shall begin." Several years go by as the 20 people become friends and explore the place of their captivity (which looks like a mix between an expensive laboratory and a prison) before going through a series of trials and experiments such as physical and mental torture, Weapon and Combat training, Climate torture, language classes serum injections and drugs.
Multiple years later Jackson and 9 other people started to gain powers and the people keeping them prisoner started to focus on their newfound abilities by putting them in groups 3 and killing off the ones not put into groups. The non-powered people were still kept and tortured. They put Jackson with Sasha, an ex white hat for the CIA, and Carson Daniels, a doctor, and pediatrician. They get to know each other better and learn about each other's powers. Carson has the ability of flame control and creation. Sasha has the power of Technology Manipulation and Technopathy. Jackson's power was Weapon Creation and Proficiency.
After learning and excelling in their abilities and test the 3 of them decided to plan a breakout with the other prisoners. They spend a couple of days planing the breakout and gathering information. Sasha gains access to one of the central computers which stores local files of the entire operation. She finds an encrypted folder named 'Project T.I.B.A.W' which she learns stands for ' Tactical Innate Battle Abilities Warfare' which they're currently apart of. She learns that it is a project created by the NSA to stop and all wars and attacks on the USA. She then tells the others about their plan and begin to start the breakout with Jackson as the leader.
Sasha uses her abilities to unlock the rooms keeping them captive. Then a few powered individuals start a distraction as the non-powered and Jackson's team begin to head towards a back exit only to be met by an army of soldiers holding rifles blocking the exit stopping them before they can exit. Fueled by anger a desperation a few non-powered people let out a war cry and charge the soldiers only to be shot up by the dozen armed solider. Jackson watches in horror as he watches the people he's spent so much time with getting massacred. He falls to his knees screaming out in pain as flashbacks of his fallen comrades pierce through his brain along with a loud ringing sound. Carson and Sasha are stunned and shocked as they drag Jackson away.
The two of them and the remaining powered prisoners form another plan of escape as Jackson, now paralyzed by fear, sits in a corner shaking uncontrollably. Both Carson and Sasha give him a comforting pep talk which allows him to regain his senses. They then begin to attack the soldiers using their powers to either kill or knock out the soldiers. After an hour of battle, they break out of the facility but not before Sasha and a speedster destroy all the evidence and files of the project. Sasha leaves a virus in the computers which are sent to the NSA's central computers both warning and threatening them to never try this again.
After a couple of years later the Jackson, Sasha, and Carson along with the remaining survivors of Project T.I.B.A.W create a business and charity dedicated to protecting the public from something like this from never happening again. They announced themselves as superheroes to the public and begin protecting the city they live in.

BACKSTORY: Takuboku grew up without a mother as Team Rocket kidnapped her when he was just a baby. He was raised by his dad,Hei, who taught him how to be a great Pokémon Trainer. At a young age Yamasato vowed to one day find his mother after learning she was kidnapped. When he turn 13 Yama got his first starter from Professor Elm who was visiting Mahogany Town at the time. After receiving his start Yama's dad also have him an egg which he claimed contained a special Pokémon. Yama took the egg and placed it in his backpack and began walking out of the town to a nearby city. Once there he felt the egg was about to hatch so he ran to the Pokécenter and began to pace around after giving his egg to one of the nurses. After 20 minutes of waiting the nurse had came back and handed a lime green Larvitar with a pink underbelly. "Larvitars don't usually look like that. Is it okay?" He asked confused as to why it looks different. "You're right. This Pokémon is a shiny, a discolored rare version of a species." BACKSTORY: Takuboku grew up without a mother as Team Rocket kidnapped her when he was just a baby. He was raised by his dad,Hei, who taught him how to be a great Pokémon Trainer. At a young age Yamasato vowed to one day find his mother after learning she was kidnapped. When he turn 13 Yama got his first starter from Professor Elm who was visiting Mahogany Town at the time. After receiving his start Yama's dad also have him an egg which he claimed contained a special Pokémon. Yama took the egg and placed it in his backpack and began walking out of the town to a nearby city. Once there he felt the egg was about to hatch so he ran to the Pokécenter and began to pace around after giving his egg to one of the nurses. After 20 minutes of waiting the nurse had came back and handed a lime green Larvitar with a pink underbelly. "Larvitars don't usually look like that. Is it okay?" He asked confused as to why it looks different. "You're right. This Pokémon is a shiny, a discolored rare version of a species."
