Belinda, A witch who specializes in nightmares and dreams, known to pass throw the dream world, making sure the nightmares don't get out. She can walk the waking world, or bring those of the waking world into their dreams. While she does have a more stern demeanor, she can be quite gentle at time's, and even has a bit of a weakness to cute things.
