Dorian is a Cane Corso, an Italian Breed of Mastiff; he is a bright and well-behaved dog loyal to Ash but doesn't trust any other human. He was easy to train, so he knew a few odd commands that helped them survive.

He is a guard dog as well as a hunting dog. He can smell the infected from a mile away and has fantastic senses.

"Calm down" - Used when Dorian senses a threat to Ash's safety, and she wants him to stand down but keep his guard.

"Schnappt sie" - German for "Get them". Used when Ash wants him to attack.

"Guard" - A simple command, Used when Ash needs him to guard her things in a heavy traffic area. It also is used when she doesn't feel safe enough to sleep.
