Personality: Generally kind. Very buddy buddy with other angels, gods, goddesses and deities. Though, he doesn’t think very highly of the humans, and often criticizes how imperfect their creation was if brought up. Dismissive towards demons, often described as a ‘holier than thou’ mindset, though he does try to be kind as to prevent fighting, as he is not a warrior.

Background: Rei is a younger angel, having been created to consult the gods when something messes up, and to fix the mistake without intervention of a god. With so much dangerous knowledge, the gods agreed to put heavenly shackles on Rei, single banded tattoo looking rings the circle over the angels wrists, ankles and neck to symbolize and remind the angel that his power is limited- to prevent another Lucifer from coming into creation.
