And it's been like that for few months already, I don't have any new messages, it's just red all the time. How do I fix this?

Hey there!

There's a couple of possibilities (Sorry if you have already done these, but I'll note them just in case) Make sure you've checked all tabs, not just your messages inbox.

The red, in my experience, indicates a notification, not necessarily just a message. - Go through your requests and respond, your accepted, etc.

Once you've done that the red really should go.

Have you tried clicking, "clear mail alerts" ?
