YC and MC have spent the last years as pen pals, living several states apart, but over the years the letters have continued and if anything, the two have been sending each other more and more. The letters turning to care packages and other trinkets being sent between the two. Then, the unthinkable happens, YC/MC goes without a letter, a week passes, a month, a few months with no contact from the other. This brings YC/MC into a pit of depression and after a few long weeks of dealing with loneliness MC/YC decides to do the unthinkable, purchase a bus or plane ticket to the city and state where the other lives. Pushing away anxiety and worry, MC/YC arrives at the address that has been on all of the past letters. All of which they have brought along, there is a knock on the door but MC/YC doesn’t respond, instead, their spouse does. A series of unfortunate events, did the two not have as strong of a connection as the other believed? Will the truth come out? Anger and disgust are two powerful emotions.
