Searching for Billy Hargrove or Dacre FC

Okay so I have to admit, one of my first roleplay partners here on the site 3 years ago played Billy and I've been hooked on the character ever since. The only problem is it's nearly impossible to find anyone who plays Billy as a straight character.

If any multi-para or novella writers have an interest in playing him or playing a similar oc or a character with a Dacre Montgomery FC, let me know!
