Two lead heroes in New York, Hell's Kitchen. (yes, inspired from Daredevil)
They fight crime as vigilantes. Somewhere in the plot, they encounter. They think the other one is a villian. So they fight at night, but in day they start to fall in love as they execute their professions.
You can have the costume, the skills, the powers you like. Or you can have no powers at all. Your character must be a female and she must have an original origin story about why she decided to fight crime and how she got his powers/skills. The story is going to be long and divided into two acts. So no falling in love in the first day.
