(can someone tell me really quick what's been going on?)

A blue swirling portal opened on an alley for just long enough for Eleia to step out of it before it closed. She had asked her friend to send her somewhere she could possibly be of help, and he had opened a portal here. Eleia dusted her clothes off and hoisted the black bag she had on her shoulder, before taking in her surroundings.

Age of when they knew they had powers: 15
Bio: Eleia was born in Finland, but was kidnapped and brought to America when she was 9 by what she believes was the Russian mob, but she doesn't know for sure. She ended up in Central city and managed escape her kidnappers, and got caught onto a bank heist, hiding in a van that was the two thiefs getaway car. She was later adopted by one of the thieves, Leonard Snart, and stayed with him and his partner Mick Rory, and later the Rogues. When the particle accelator exploded, she became a metahuman who could control shadows, travel through them (this takes a lot of her energy), and temporarily merge herself in them, making her almost ghost-like (translucent, can float, don't have matter. She could sometimes see glimpses of the dead while like this, and has managed to even communicate with them a couple of times).
Eleia lived on board the Waverider for about a year, but asked Vibe to give her a ride to another earth in the multiverse since continuously fixing time was getting boring for her, and so got to the same earth as the others. Eleia can be a quite good thief and planner is she puts her mind on it, and has killed people before.
Extras (Optional): The other characters and the earth/universe she is originally from are the same one where the shows Arrow, Flash and Legends of Tomorrow take place.

Appearance (A pic or at-least describe what you character looks like.): Eleia has long purple hair that goes under her her tailbone, quite a few piercings (19 in total in her ears, one in her nose, tongue and lip). She also has some tattoos, most of them on her left arm. She also has very dark red glasses, that look almost black, and after the particle aaccelator explosion her irises have been pitch black.
Eleias clothes are usually black (most of her shirts are some kind of fandom merch), and she usually wears black combat boots and a long black coat. Her hair is usually on a ponytail, a messy bun or half-up, but rarely completely open.
