((Quick question @FlameStargazer did you read the entire thing? Coz you didn't write one of the names from Morhaven District in your reply. Nevertheless...accepted.))

The train...

NeverNorm

"It floats high above the sky, in your world, my world, or wherever. It never stays in one place. The floating city, the wandering city. NeverNorm"

PLEASE READ EVERYTHING! ITS NOT TOO LONG I PROMISE!!!

-I want this to be an everything goes RP, a do whatever you want RP.....with an ending. (If we ever get there) I want all of you to have all the freedom you want, as well as following the plot points whenever you want-

NeverNorm is an estranged place. Floating city, high above wherever it is. No matter where it ends up, it never seems to be affected by the foreign environments that it encounters. Possibly protected by some kind of Force? Hell if I know! I've only been there once, and never again! Cause there's creatures there, beasts! All manners of creepy and weird beings from all the worlds NeverNorm crossed. Now I don't know how they got there, but maybe NeverNorm picked up one or two of the indigenous fauna. One things for sure though, do "not" get on that train, cause it'll take you straight to NeverNorm, that trains a one way only too. Train comes and goes for five days, then it stops. Means NeverNorm's off to another world. Well.....that's all the cookies I got, best be heading our separate ways. What? My experience!? Oh hell NAW! Trust me, you don't wanna know. The sh*t I had to go through just to get back (and the sh*t those mother******s put me through). You really want to know!? Well go do it yourself, that train doesn't leave in 5 days.....

-NeverNorm is a massive settlement that floats high above nowhere. It floats in its own void until it reaches another world. The city is protected by an unseen force, presumably a barrier, that keeps everything out and everything in. Only point of entry is a railway system occupied by an omnipresent train that only goes one direction, towards the city. Although, rumor has it that you can somehow get the train to turn the opposite direction. But the requirements in doing so are said to be risky if not life threatening. Being a city it generally haves extensive systems for housing, transportation, sanitation, utilities, land use, and communication for its diverse population-

As far as the story goes, your character somehow ends up in NeverNorm and has 5 days to return, but staying is an option because everything RP. The train is your main point of entry towards NeverNorm. Any other manner of entry is impossible due to special unseen force barrier that keeps NeverNorm safe. You must find a way back in 5 days, or be trapped in NeverNorm forever...or you can stay, it's your choice.

_Locations_
So you know where you are, and know where your going. All of these areas are connected via streets, subways, etc. You are free to choose any form of transport you desire.
1. Train Station - This where your character starts, and where your adventure begins.
2. City Center - The business and politics district. Here are massive, expensive looking buildings with government at the absolute center. Some serious business, moronic, government, politics and money stuff happens here.
3. Central Park - Located near City Center, this where you go to do park stuff.
4. Suburbs - Meet the neighbors! Go here to meet new friends, or be awkward.
5. The Old Quarter - Ghost town. Nothing but abandoned buildings and complexes occupied by few homeless. Some weird stuff happens here.
6. Market - Crowded, noisy, and worst of all smelly. Lots of weird stuff though, expect problems to arise here.
7. Subway - The train outside isn't the only train! Use this for quick travel.
8. Market Subway - It's basically the same as the Market, but 2x worse. Less accessible or governable.
9. Gallows Alley Slum - Broken Suburb completely controlled by criminals. Common sense mate, avoid this area at all costs.
10. The Outskirts - Edge of the city, where you can stare into the distance and contemplate. Also where they dispose of the deceased, throwing them off the edge. Bunch of a**holes.
11. Downtown Suburbs - Apartments and Condominiums as residences instead of houses.
12. Red Light District - A hidden area somewhere in NeverNorm, where all manneres of pleasure and lustful indecencies are committed. (I'm only including this as a hazard area. You don't come here for sex RP, you come here if your character is in big trouble)
13. Willowbrook Parish - Religious area. This is where all the different species converge to diverge their religions, ideologies and beliefs. Come here to be enlightened.
14. Marshwood - A dense forest biome full of lush greenery and diverse fauna. Agriculture mainly takes place here.
15. Morhaven District - Education! SCHOOLS!!!
All of these areas are accessible, but please input valid info as to why and how your character managed to arrive at these specific locations.

_Morhaven District_
Because school.....
1. NeverNorm Phoenix Academy - No.1 Educational Institute in all of NeverNorm. Only the best of the best can enroll here.
2. ClearLake Institute - Second fiddle. You may have a chance here, but still pretty fickle.
3. Oakwood Academy - Mediocre! Most average public school for everyone!
4. Grapevine Kindergarten - I don't know why you want to be in a kindergarten, unless your character is a kindergartener.
5. Eastside High - Because it's facing East. Has a pretty solid rivalry with Oakwood

_RULES_
Despite this being an everything goes RP, I still need to establish a few points...
1. Your character can be harmed, or killed by consent of the RolePlayer.
2. You can off you own character if you want. (For those of you who want to leave)
3. Please be respectful towards each other.
4. Respect the timezones. Kindly update anyone who have fallen back on the RP.
5. No Mary SUES!!!
6. Please put enough information in your replies, so that's there will be no misunderstandings.
7. No magical teleporting. (unless it's your character) I also think it would be more fun to put our character's travel experiences in our replies as well.
8. If you want to join, simply write "one of the school names from Morhaven Disrtict." Then wait for me.
9. Read Everything!
10. Have FUN!!!!!

Note: You're character could already be a resident of NeverNorm.

_Character Sheet_
Name:
Age:
Species:
Gender:
Info: (important notes about your character)
Bio:
Arrival: (how they ended up in NeverNorm, leave empty if already a resident of NeverNorm)
Appearance: (preferably image)

On another note, in your character sheet, don't copy the ones in parentheses (lorem ipsum dolor)

You don't have to think about too much. Only that you're character ends up in NeverNorm and either wants to go back, or stay. Expand from there.....

Thanks for reading all of that! Looking forward to this RP!
