A Beauty and the Beast type plot where Muse A’s family fell into a crisis, most likely war related, where the summoned Muse B for assistance and in return for their favor offered their first born once they came of age. With no other options to turn to the family agreed to the devil’s terms.

Not long after the war ended the queen gave birth to a set of identical twins. Muse A and his beloved sister.

To ensure the bloodline it was decided by the king and queen that they would give Muse A’s sister to the demon once she came of age, and so she was raised to be the perfect suitor. However as the coming of age ceremony drew nearer and nearer for the twins, Muse A’s sister began to get look pale and sickly as fear of her fate slowly started to settle in.

Muse A couldn’t stand the idea of losing his sister to a demon. So on the day of the ceremony he locked his sister in her room and took her place by dawning her robes.

A hatred filled his heart and lungs and on the day of the ceremony he vowed to never forgive his family for making such a heinous deal, and towards Muse B for being the demon that destroyed his life.
