Bio: Linus came from incredibly wealthy household with less than supportive parents. He had practically grown up in boarding schools, his parents too busy to really take care of him and when he was home during summers, he had a nanny look after him. Linus was a shy sort of kid, never really talked to people and kept to himself though he did have a few close friends. Linus was the top violinist in his school, concert master of the orchestra even as just a freshman, it being one of the things that lead to his bullying. Linus had always been a target to those who needed to get their anger out, being teased for his intelligence or his name and eventually for his sexuality, being caught fooling around with another boy in their dorm room at the boarding school. However, Linus made himself focus on his violin and even shut out the people who he did consider friends. He needed to focus on his violin. He would frequently skip class to practice, though his grades weren’t even that horrible and he managed to keep up even with a few missed lectures. Linus even figured out how to stop the bullying by doing some sexual favors for the other boys in his class. This, however, was not supported by his parents at all. There were many times they took the violin away from him, locking it away somewhere and making him suffer in silence with his work. But he’d always find it again and find someway to play it. It was his passion and he would prove to everyone just how good he could be.
It took Linus a bit of time to rise to fame with his violin skills, being excepted into Julliard and moving to the states but eventually dropping out once his parents cut him off from their money, leaving him to perform in subway stations and street corners. After a year or two of being homeless, he would eventually find a quartet group, beginning to play at small events before expanding to more lavished parties and eventually being recognized for his talent somewhere. Linus began to travel more and more, his violin always by his side and performing at different shows and concert, always being the soloist and the center of the stage. The once shy boy’s demeanor changed into a bit cockier and more arrogant, his comments and rebuttals biting and sharp as he wouldn’t let anyone bully him, not ever again at least. Linus’ soft personality is still somewhere inside of him but, he has covered it up with the cold outer shell of ice, keeping his life personal and quite though, not being one to shy away from parties. Linus’ character is an interesting one and it is rare his interest is ever caught on one person but, it isn’t impossible.
