As a disclaimer: I do not own this character as it is a Cannon Character from a series known as Jujutsu Kaisen. Normally I don't use cannon character's however I'm quite fond of the idea of having a bit of a conversation barrier when speaking to others and decided to use this character as a way to experiment with that curiosity.

-Physical Appearance: Toge is a slim young man with light skin, brown eyes, and mid-length straight white hair with the "Snake and Fangs" seal of the Inumaki clan on his tongue and both cheeks

His Jujutsu Uniform was tailored with his seals in mind, fitted with a high collar with a zipper that covers his mouth. Dark blue in color, jacket is accompanied by slim-fit matching black pants and black dress boots

His casual wear is a tan, long sleeve oversized turtle neck sweater with a collar tall enough to cover his mouth and seals along with light blue well-fitting jeans and white laced black sports shoes.

-Powers: Cursed Speech - Toge possesses the "Snake & Fangs" seal of the Inumaki clan on his tongue and around both sides of his mouth. This allows Toge to infuse his words with cursed energy to improve the spirit of his commands, forcing all those who hear them to obey. Communication devices and voice amplifiers, such as cellphones and bullhorns, do not disrupt Toge's technique, allowing him to project his words and their effects over a longer distance if need be.
