Description: From his body he can produce nanobots, these are small and can fire lasers. They can also merge to make bigger items, take control of electronic devices, etc. If they take control of something, Ivan is the "puppetmaster" so to speak.
Strength: He can produce as many as he can for no seeable cost.
Weaknesses: They are small and easy to destroy, it is more the number of them that is the threat

How did you obtain it (what was happening at the time): He was exploring his fathers factory when he suddenly felt...odd, then the nanobots just sort've...spilled out of him, his father found and toke him to a doctor, who revealed that was just his quirk, which was odd, since neither of his parents had technology-based quirks.
