Description: As long as there is something physically left behind, and he knows enough to give it a shape, he can bring things back to life (Ex. if he touches a dinosaur Skelton he can bring it back to life), he can also update their IQ to the level he wishes, and establish a light mental connection with them.

Weaknesses: It requires an outside source, There is a time limit depending on how many things he brings back, the more things he brings back, the harder it is to control them.

How did you obtain it (what was happening at the time): He was with his dad, uncle, and mother one a trip to a dig site, his mother was yelling at him to stay out of the way, and angry, she shoved him, he feel down and screamed in terror, at that moment, his quirked emitted and the dinosaur bones they just recovered return to their original form...and caught him. it was a T-rex, but it was friendly to him oddly...as if they had a bond.
