Bio: Moe is a mama’s boy. He grew up not knowing anyone but her, only having her to guide him for the most part until he started to make some friends which was incredibly easy for him. Moe doesn’t know anything about his father and doesn’t really ask; he doesn’t know if the man is dead or just gone or if his mom adopted him. It was something that never bothered Moe and something that his mom clearly didn’t want to talk about, so they lived in silent acceptance. Even then, Moe does have some daddy issues. Moe had a smile that could light up a dark closet and a laugh that could make the devil smile. He had always been a good kid, a nice kid, and though he is incredibly close to his mom, she always tends to push him a little too hard. In elementary school and middle school, it didn’t affect him too much; he just worked harder for her. But once he reached high school he started to find himself talking back, speaking his mind, making some questionable friends. Though his mom wasn’t the happiest about it, she couldn’t always help but smile at his sarcasm and wit. Good. She wanted him to be tough, strong. He had the street smarts and charisma to be amazing…if only he could get his grades up. Even though Moe wouldn’t admit it, he loved his mom a lot and would always text her throughout the day and call her for permission to do things or if there was an emergency. She was a resourceful woman and he leaned on her heavily, especially since he didn’t have a father.
Even with being a bit of rebel, skipping classes and not getting the best grades and partying once a week, he was still a nice kid; that part of him never wore off. He was friends with everyone and got along with anyone and could sweet talk himself out of anything. Moe was closest with a boy named Ethan who had a bit of wild side and they had pretty similar personalities, acting almost like brothers. They shared everything with one another and Ethan was also the one who introduced Moe to make up and nail polish. Just some innocent fun. Moe was also close friends with a boy named Adam though mainly to buy cigarettes and alcohol from and learn where the parties were happening. Even though Moe was very much an extrovert and enjoyed being around people, there were times he liked being alone, specifically when he liked taking long walks in the woods.
It had been a habit since he was young, going out for walks to clear his mind, just listening to music and relaxing. An introverted extrovert. He needed time to recharge and his walks by himself always did the trick. Moe was happy and though he enjoyed this town, loved his mom and his friends, he also wanted to leave. Every time he took a long walk he would find himself stopping right outside the town sign that said “Welcome to Ivywood.” What if he just left? Without saying goodbye or seeing anyone? He loved his life but sometimes he wondered if there was something more out there than this small town.
