Description: Using his disks, if they pass threw you, they can power you up, heal small injuries, de-buff enemies (making them slower or something), and also de-active certain Quriks
Strength: He can summon more hoops as he needs them, and they can cast any number of buffs/de-bufs threw one hoop, as long as he has the energy.
Weaknesses: If a hoop is destroyed mid-throw, Noah will get hurt and will need time to make another
