Bio: Julia grew up in an orphanage from the age of five onwards, so she never really had a proper family. Her parents were murdered a few nights before she was found and brought to said orphanage. She was immediately thought of as strange by the other kids, seeing as they all seemed to be Americans while she was mostly Japanese. As she grew up, she distanced herself from others and began to learn Japanese along with the English language, wanting to be fluid in both when she was an adult. She was never adopted, only ending up in a few foster homes before she struck out on her own. Over time, she started taking part in shady businesses and very well known in the underground weapons industry. To throw police off her own tail, she helps them bust other criminals. Police know she is up to something but can't find any evidence against it. She doesn't exactly hide it either, kind of teasing them with it and sending them on while goose chases every now and then, eventually leading them to something completely different to what they were actually after.
