Bio: Tom and Tim lived in London in a really nice manor, built in the middle of a crappy part of London. They were neighbours to the Brooks family (See Ivy and Ivan Brooks) and were really close to them. Tim fell in love with Ivy and both boys became good friends with Ivan. In high school, they went their separate ways, Ivan going off as a murderer and Tim and Tom being home schooled. The boys were being taught how to run their father's mafia group when he passed away as he didn't want to hand it over to their uncle. Thomas found this to be a great idea so happily did as their father told them to, Tim thought differently though and only did what he had to do so he wouldn't get belted.
Years pass and Ivy was reunited with the boys, going undercover in their gang to bring in some criminals. In that time, her and Tim started going out until she eventually revealed herself by leading most of the mafia into a trap. Ever since then, Tim had been a little more cooperative but still hates his job and has trust issues when it comes to girls. Because of him not being as happy with his life as Tom was however, this made his brother angry, and not wanting to share leadership with a wimp, has made several attempts to end Timothy's life, most of them by trying to drown him.
