After Sao pushed him from Edward, Tristan ran away from Thylum and actually found shelter in the forest, where he simply abandoned himself to his feelings, climbing on a tree and crying for ages,all curled up on a branch, Shane was below, guarding him every second. Tristan stayed in that forest for the whole night, then the next day, moved to another place that has to be discovered, where he took shelter and in which he remained for three days, till he gets found basically.
He never went back home from there, Carlie was totally shut in her own despair to really take care of her children.
Oddly, the first person to show up to her before the others was Meredith. In truth, she and Carlie always tagged along super well, possibly because they are rather similar in some sides.
Seeing how "disastred" the situation was, Meredith adviced Carlie to come stay by her and Francis until she would feel better or until Jack would be allowed to return and in fact, Carlie accepted, really needing more the advises and comfort of another woman than that of any man, relative or not. After all, she never knew motherly love towards her, Meredith and Amelis truly are the closest thing to a mother she ever had and that is what she needs now. A strong woman who went through similar and worse experiences and managed to come out of them all, without any help.
The real puzzle was to get all the children to bring them to Francis' estate in the countryside of middle Wessex.
Strangely, Francis showed to be even too helpful and went to search for all of the children on his own without bothering Carlie.
He sent a message to each one of them to know where they are.
Frerin is with Jeremi, he truly has a very tight bond with his grandfather and often goes to stay by him. And there Francis thought it would be a good idea to let Frerin be, since his RPer doesn't intend to RP him. (XD)
Tomiel, it was Cato to reply to the message. He and Tomiel, they later found out, are brothers, both children of Janhor Teyss, even though from different mothers and very different timings. Thus, every month, Tomi spends a few days with Cato at the Sanctum Sanctorum, with Doctor Strange, but also a few days with her uncle Ezekiel in his mansion.
Carlie should have gone to take Tomiel back that morning, but never showed up, Cato explained.
Thus, Francis went to pick her himself and took her to his mansion, like a good great-grandaddy would.
He of course also sent a message to Sigurd and Tristan and he is still waiting for their replies, while still searching a few places.

He didn't expect anyone would find him but he was not even so sure someone would look for him at all, considering his mother never even tried to contact him in all these days.
He indeed gets out from under the desk and slowly stands up. He is well fed. How? He found Frerin's backpack in there, so full of chocolate and other supercaloric snacks.
He looks down, not really knowing what to say, his eyes are still red for how much he cried in the last days. •I am sorry...I needed to be alone...• Especially since he hates it so bad when people see him cry.
