Partial backstory:
Kifa joined the army with the intent of simply being an infantry soldier, however after time her superiors were impressed with her talents and noticeable leadership capabilities she was moved to Spec Ops and granted a squad of her own after her promotion to lieutenant. Leading her new squad "Wolf Pack" she was dubbed "Wolf Mother" by those who served under her due to the way she cared for her subordinates the way a wolf would care for it's cub's. The squad itself was part of a joint branch between the US, France and the UK designed to maintain the peace whenever needed on a "we were never here" basis. When the outbreak happened she and her squad were sent into a city to try and save it. After realizing that they had underestimated the force of the outbreak, the military ordered any deployed squads pull out. Realizing the situation, Kifa ordered her squad to do as instructed while she stayed behind to look for survivors. During her search she came across Suzumi and the two worked together to try and find anybody else left in the city. Unfortunately, the two got cornered and Kifa gave her life to save her new found friend. After her death the mutagen brought her back in her current deformed state. However, always a fighter she managed to maintain her human mind. She searched the outskirts of the city for her squad but never found them. She did find a young girl though. She too had been killed and brought back by the mutagen and somehow managed to keep her humanity. Kifa decided to adopt her and keep her safe in this new world. Loyal to a fault, Kifa is the person you want watching your back when the sh*t hits the fan.

Personality:
Loyalty is everything to Kifa. If you are loyal to something, whatever it is, she will respect you for it, even if she doesn't agree with the actual cause. She's a rather expressive person, often talking openly about subjects others may consider sensitive or inappropriate, only realising after she's spoken that what she said could come across as creepy or intrusive. Usually the first to try and lighten the mood with a joke or comedic remark, though her sense of humour is rather corny and somewhat old fashioned.
