SUMMARY

Kiki Ishimoto was a pleasant wife. She tended to the home, made healthy and delicious meals, catered to her husband and doted on her son Hiroko. She greeted her husband daily with a smile and grace. All in the Ishimoto home was going well, until one tragic day. The day Shiro Ishimoto was in a fatal car accident. At the age of forty-two, he left behind a son, Hiroko Ishimoto and a wife Kiko Ishimoto. Being that Shiro was estranged to his family, Kiko didn't expect for them to be present at his funeral.

Most of the Ishimoto family came to support Kiko in Shiro's passing. This made things easier for her but Hiroko took longer to heal. He was now without a father at the age of seven and Kiko was now the sole provider of their family. Even though Shiro left behind a heavy inheritance, Kiko didn't allow it to make her lazy. She allowed herself a mere year to mourn the loss of her husband before she started to look for work.

Only a few weeks would go by before she was hired at a local office. This made the commute to work a simple bus ride from her home.
