Backstory: Dahlia was born into a traditional overly religious Christian family. She was a little too free spirited for that life. She had always loved nature and as a teenager was awakened to a different type of spirituality. She stopped attending church and began to shape and mold her own life as she fell in love with nature and the spiritual journey of paganism. This did not set well with her parents who mistakenly believed that she was worshipping evil entities, and participating in the occult. Eventually, they attempted a forced experiment to recondition her into coming back to traditional Christian practices. This forced her into hours of traumatic suffering at the hands of the religious figures of her community. When their child refused to convert back to their faith, her father kicked her out of the house, and deemed her a lost cause. Dahlia took that as her first steps to freedom. She moved in with her grandmother, Elaine. A surprisingly understanding woman from the southern part of the United States. She graduated on her own, and landed a job at a local plant nursery. She has a positive outlook on life, and believes in the balance of the universe. She values love and acceptance above all and enjoys a variety of hobbies such as gardening, reading, cooking, painting, and collecting pretty things such as crystals and special objects.
