Samael is bisexual, but he doesn't care who he is with at all. As long as they are obedient and can present themselves well in front of the Court, then he has no problem, although he has a long list of ex-lovers that could cause problems.

Hobbies:

Samael is a bit of an all-rounder. He enjoys botany, and tending to the gardens on his grounds which are full of all sorts of poisonous plants and flowers. He also enjoys horse-riding, fencing, generalised weaponry and armour. Samael attends balls regularly and is an avid dancer, he is also incredibly talented at it.

Personality:

Despite being deceased by technicality, Samael is full of life and spontaneous. He is eccentric and generous, but can be absolutely ruthless when he needs to be. His tendency to flirt with vampires, humans, and werewolves alike, has gotten him into quite the trouble over the centuries. He can become quite calculated when he needs to be as well, often opting to plan out tactical approaches to things, whatever they may be.

Appearance:

Samael is reasonably tall, standing at 6ft2', with long raven hair that comes down past his shoulders and is somewhat curly. He has incredibly pale skin, and bright blue eyes that have the ability to change to crimson when he's emotional, feeding, or hunting. His body is muscular but lean, he has broad shoulders and a smaller waistline, but his legs are quite long. He typically wears clothing appropriate to the time he's 'living' in, but he has a few favourite outfits that he adores wearing. Samael has a toned abdomen, and has quite masculine and rigid features. He has a few scars on his body from battles and fights but they are all very much discrete. Samael is clean shaven.

Bio:

His birth name is a secret that only he possesses. Samael was born to a regular human family in a small parish in England, but he was taken when he was around the age of seventeen to work as a thrall for the vampire court, his adopted parents turned him into a vampire on his twenty-fifth birthday. Despite not being a pureblood, nobody would notice if they weren't told about his condition. His adopted vampire parents were incredibly fond of Samael, and often looked after him to the best of their ability, although they knew he was a brooding mystery from a young age.

After some time under his adopted father's wing, Samael learned enough to work for the Court itself and used his energy and charm to work up the ranks until he became quite an established member and a captain of the vampire elite guard. He is a fierce fighter and delivers every time he is given an assignment, both politically and in a combat situation. Samael lost his adopted parents on his two hundredth birthday and was absolutely devastated by this, especially as he was so close to them. After all this time, he is still not over this, often feeling lonely and lost and unwilling to grieve.
