Chidori is a young woman with a soft voice and a love of art, but has a rather negative outlook on life. She believes only she can understand her art and thus doesn't show her drawings off often.

Chidori strongly believes she has no reason to live and fears attachment above all else because of the pain that comes with caring for another. She is not afraid of death, claiming that it is simply just "not waking up anymore."

A member of the group Strega, Chidori is loyal to her companions Takaya and Jin despite not considering them close friends. Strega conducts assassinations and other revenge tasks for a fee, requests made on their website. This revenge site is hard to find and often the subject of rumors.

She has no memories of her childhood since her awakening as a persona user ten years ago. She thinks of her persona, Medea as her only friend, even though her Persona will attempt to kill her if she does not take suppressants. Her persona grants her healing abilities, allowing her to heal plants, animals and people by giving up her own life force. There are limits - surface wounds tire her while anything serious could put her out of commission for a few days. Healing a mortal wound would kill her.
