▩ Backstory: Growing up as an Afton wasn’t easy. Vanessa couldn’t keep any friends throughout her childhood. It was never anything she did wrong, they would all just slowly vanish one by one. Eventually, the young girl decided that friends weren’t worth her time and this devoted her time to school and her father. She really was a daddy’s girl, always wanting to be around her father as he tinkered in his workshop. If she couldn’t be found with her father in his shop, she could be found at his pizzeria, running around and playing games. As she aged, Vanessa began to learn of her fathers horrendous acts, and vowing to be helpless no more, she moved out and became a cop.
