RULES

1. DMing with a RP starter is 100% okay, just make sure I know it's RP! If you do this, I'll decide which character I'm using unless you specify in your post.

2. If we make choices for our RPs we'll do it together, I don't like making all the major decisions.

3. Please don't rush me for replies; RP with me if you're okay with long waits + have other things to do while waiting.

4. If you ever get uncomfortable or have ideas for how the RP should go, tell me right away! I'll stop you mid-RP if there's something I'd like to say too.

5. Please try to avoid excessive one-liners.

6. Don't godmod/control my characters! If your character has powers don't abuse them, and please don't meta-game.

7. Romance RPs need to develop, it feels more natural and easier for me. (I love CC x OC, CC x CC, and CC x sona/self-inserts!)

8. Irl things will stay out of RP, don't take anything my characters say/do as my personal beliefs outside of writing. I write some mean fellas sometimes!

9. Though I use canon characters often, please remember I am not their original creator, so some things might be different from what you expect them to be. I try to respect and use the original content as much as possible, but I do have a writing style that will end up making them more of *my* take on the character. If you’re not a fan of personal takes or headcanons, I might not be the best match. I’ll be using mostly my “versions” of these characters, with as much influence from the source as possible.

DO'S AND DON'TS

1. I'm alright with using multiple canon characters (or multiple OCs) for RPs if needed. I tend to stick with 2-3 max if we need multiples, but I can use even more if it's absolutely needed for something. You're also free to use multiples as well! Usually I prefer sticking to using one character unless stated otherwise before or during RP.

2. I don’t mind certain triggering themes (such as angst, for example). Feel free to discuss more about this in DMs if interested! My level of romance in RP will vary depending on our characters.

3. When it comes to plot creation, I'm adamant on having BOTH of us work on it together. Please don't just agree with everything I say, help me figure out a plot that will work for whatever characters we decide to use! I'd prefer not having every choice lean on me, it makes me anxious. If you already have a plot/idea in mind, I encourage you to show me!

4. I prefer we RP in third-person, I don’t like doing first or second-person RPs excessively (unless for POVs/inner thoughts).

5. I RP on Discord mainly, but I'll only switch over if I'm deeply invested in our RP, please don't ask immediately.

6. If a section/part of our RP feels prolonged/excessive in any way, I’d like if we could find a way around this and/or do a small timeskip in order to get back on track. There’s no reason to linger on something boring. If our RP ends up falling flat somehow, we can always start anew, just ask!
