General Roleplay Information

So figure I would cover some basics about what I like to roleplay, my style, and other things that might be useful if you think I might be a good potential partner. It will likely be updated as things go and more questions are asked that can be answered here.

To start things off, I tend to write a fair bit in my roleplays. Multiple paragraphs and replies that range from 500+ words at a base to well over 1000 depending on my muse. I am not looking for one liners. One paragraph is a maybe, but its likely I will always reply with more than that. Just how my brain operates. I include my characters thoughts and feelings, descriptions of what they might be wearing, the area around them, and just movement in the background.

I prefer to write in third person, past tense.

I am looking for a strong story. In this character with strengths and flaws. Dreams and fears. More than one dimension. They can be built up or brought down. Go through crisis and work through it. Lets at humor, angst, romance, drama, and so much more. I am here to take a moment away from my life after all. I want the world we build to feel like it can breath on its own.

I am a sucker for canon and oc pairings. We all have canon characters we love and fawn over. All make characters to play against them. I would love to play some of mine and in return I can do my best to play someone for you. We both get something out of this RP that was.

I love diving in dark and more adult themes. Violence, coarse language, and so many more things. I'm not really looking for slice of life and pure fluff. Its not my thing. I want adventure and fantasy. To play out thing that are intangible in our world. I do not shy away from the description of violence and gore. Horror and suspense are always nice as well.

I will likely not reply every single day. Between work, my social life, and my health. I might have days where you might not hear from me. Just give me a little poke to make sure I'm alright and I will likely give you an update. I have a sh*t memory and sometimes I don't always give people a heads up when I'm going to be busy.

Mondays and Tuesdays are my time to do errands and in the evenings I play D&D or board games with friends. Sometimes we watch movies or play lethal company or among us. But those days I will likely only be chatting in OOC during the day and evenings I will be occupied by that.

I tend to work closing shifts. So afternoon/evening and most of my shifts tend to be on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. I am also a on call baby/pet/house sitter.

I am discord friendly. We just need to talk a bit and see how we vibe before I pass on that information
