Ashlin is very secret about her past since it usually brings up bad memories but she will open up if she feels safe around someone. She usually has strong emotions and can feel them very deeply but it doesn’t mean that she won’t help her friends if they have a problem. She doesn’t talk a lot at first but once people talk to her she can go on and on. She’s quite on the defensive when she meets someone because of her fear of getting hurt again but once she knows the person is not dangerous, her mood lightens up the room.

When her parents discovered her abilities they did everything they could to protect her. She wasn’t allowed to go outside or to talk to other people other than her family. Her parents were trying to control her powers and they kinda managed but when they saw the great powers she had they started making her train so she would get really powerful. When she didn’t get higher too their expectations they would hit her until she was good enough. Her brother used to take care of her injuries and her bruises. One day as she was being hit by her parents for the same reason as always, her father went to the kitchen and came back with a knife. He was about to stab Ashlin when Leigh got between them and got stabbed instead of her. All the control she had of her powers disappeared the second she saw him fall to her feet. She killed her parents and ran away. Mr. Stark found her and adopted her. She is now living in the Avengers tower.
