Chameleon is a new Super Villain. Known for her shapeshifting abilities, and acting prowess. She is able to change her form into any humanoid she has seen or has a picture of, including their voice.

While her background is unknown to how she became known as Chameleon. Rumors have spread that she was one of Scarecrows test subjects and victims. A new batch of chemicals were put into her system and made her what she is today. Chameleon.
