Personality: In reality Alexander is kind hearted, caring and loves nothing more than to show his appreciation to people for the the aid they provide him. Yet being so soft is not deemed appropriate for his standing. When he is forced to put on his airs he can come off a little cold, there is no need to thank those serving royals as it is a privilege that they are able to do so. Being stuck in a world where he can't be his true self has always been a challenge.

Likes: Walks in the gardens, when he is able to be himself, the idea of the ocean though he has never been, cake.

Dislikes: People who are nice to him only because of his standing, having to attend royal affairs, spicy foods, that he cannot be kinder to those that work for him.

Bio: Alexander Theodore Rothchester, first in line and heir to the Rothchester throne has everything he could ever ask for in life. From the finest of clothes to any food he desires at the snap of his fingers, if it can be provided then he can have it. Well almost everything. The life of being a royal is not all it is made out to be. Parents who never have time for you growing up, being scolded because you tried to offer the staff gifts for always working so hard, never knowing who really likes him for himself and who is simply looking for a way into the families favour.

He as grown accustomed to following his fathers commands, the mask that he has to wear when representing the family. He found ways to sneak small acts of appreciation to the staff that wouldn't in turn tell his father that he was once again being too soft. The garden became his escape for quite some time, loosing himself amongst the maze of hedges and flowers, only disturbed by those tasked with tending to the sprawling greenery until some poor servant was sent to locate him for another royal duty.

Eventually though things get boring, watching the festivities of those in the kingdom they ruled over. Only once did he try to sneak out to join them, donning what would be deemed commoners attire as he slipped out into the crowds. It was one of the best times of his life, no one recognizing the prince that spent so little time in the public eye without his royal attire. A small stall caught his eyes, selling treasures from around the world, trinkets of all varying shapes and sizes. Amongst them was a shell that caught his eye, an intricately spiralling conch. When the stall owner caught his gaze on the shell they had explained how one could capture the sound of the ocean by simply holding it to their ear, and as Alexander did it fascinated him.

Whilst he was scolded harshly upon his parents discovering his venture out, he was able to hold onto the shell he had purchased, his want to escape his landlocked country and see the ocean himself growing ever stronger. Yet alas it was not meant to be, a royal deciding to travel out of the sanctum of the castle was already deemed to be unnecessary unless it was to attend important royal affairs. One venturing out simply to satisfy a childish whim of exploration was but a fools mission that wasn't deemed worth the risk. Alexander has never let go of this dream though, once day he will make it to see the ocean and break free from the gilded cage his status trapped him in.
