My AU!

Backstory: The year is 2XXX, about 250 years ago a radioactive outbreak occurred, spreading around multiple new viruses, these viruses affected all living things in multiple ways, giving birth to new races, most prominently, cryptid-like creatures, they are now the most dominant race, quickly overtaking human control over the world, around 75% of known cryptids feed on humanoids, due to this, human population has reduced down to about 3b, meanwhile the estimated cryptid population quickly rose to 5b. There are still multiple human civilizations that manage to stay standing despite the constant attacks of cryptids. Though you can occasionally find areas where cryptids refuse to go, these places can range anywhere from a small section of trees in a forest, to an entire country-sized area of land.
