Messy.

For these first days of operativity, the prison is turning into a bit of a mess and it's actually all guards' fault. Due to the arrival of Cyno and his "0 tolerance policy towards negligence and corruption", guards are way too worried and sensitive. So they are literally arresting anyone who commits even the slightest morally-grey deed, making the prison fill up.

That's how an old man who ate a single grape without paying for it, the couple who was arguing in front of their house, the woman who picked an apple from a public tree without the king's consent… all ended up in jail to wait for their trial, along with tens of other people in the same situation.

Among them, though, there are also people who committed real crimes and our "WonPil" is one of them.
Indeed he was caught stealing a whole pie from a stand and after being arrested, one of the guards even realised that the clothes the shifter was wearing were HIS OWN clothes that had "mysterious" gone missing after his wife hang them to dry up outside.

And that's how "WonPil", who now looks like Jungkook, ended up in the same cell as Shin.

Fake "Maybe they will but first they will make a trial regardless. They are wasting a lot of effort even for meaningless crimes." She'er will start loosing his sanity again it they will keep arresting at that pace. XD
He stares in the nothingness without a word for some time. "He will know if I lie...there is no way." He doesn't feel sorry yet but maybe with their rieducation, he can really be saved.
