Heat resistant clothing (dragon Ball z plot idea)

(This idea requires someone to play Goku and Bulma or your own oc)

There is a new fighter in town that looks like a fox human hybrid.(dimensional fox) (Goku or OC) runs into the entity and learns that he's from a different universe. Far too hot for him to be visiting this universe. So the fox hybrid takes some sap from his universe makes clothes out of it. That is heat resistant but needs help from a scientist to make the heat resistant clothing so Goku beat up a planet if he wanted or fight someone that could be strong and need (a oc that is a scientist OC or Bulma) to help make and design the clothing.
