Rosemary was born Amity, but was always getting in trouble there. She could never fall I to the way of telling people what they wanted to know to make them feel better, or how gentle and kind she had to be. So she transfered out of Amity into Dauntless, somewhere she fit in much much better due to her attitude and personality.
