Abilities: Manipulating wind (Anemo), creating a black-hole-like wind vortex that sucks enemies in, shooting arrows/Anemo-infused arrows, interference with spirits/souls, telepathy, some level of omniscience over what occurs in Mondstadt and the souls/thoughts of others.
Backstory:
Venti became the Anemo Archon 2600 years ago after he and a young bard whom he befriended overthrew Mondstadt's corrupt leader at the time, Decarabian. The first thing he did was take a form in the likeness of the young bard in his honor, since he fell in battle. Then he reshaped Mondstadt's terrain.

2000 years ago, in the Archon War, Venti and another archon, Morax (the Geo Archon of Liyue), were the two surviving archons of the original Seven.

Over the past 2600 years, Venti has taken a hands-off approach to being an archon, giving his people freedom and not ruling over them. He has taken long periods of slumber, awaking from each in order to fix problems that arose in Mondstadt. He awoke recently to solve the issue with Stormterror/Dvalin, and currently is awake as his mortal-appearing form, Venti.
