Backstory:
About 10 years into the War of Desperation a young man named Wilhelm Commonrider was reaching the end of his means. With his parents getting killed early on in the war, Wilhelm was struggling to take care of his three younger sisters. The war had taken it's toll on him, as he was forced to do unspeakable things to keep his sisters safe. Realizing that fleeing his home land of Albion was his only choice, Wilhelm escaped with his family in the dark of night. Unbeknownst to him, the war would claim one last sacrifice of him. His youngest sister Lia. With no time to mourn, Wilhelm managed to get his two other sisters to safety. After months on the road, they finally reached safe haven in the city Olshara of the elven region. Here he met a beautiful high elf named Nylathria Waesra Ilirieth Valcaryn. After some years, Aurelia was born, named after her deceased aunt. However, the peace Wilhelm and his family had found, was short lived. The War of Desperation was claiming more victims by the day, and the borders of devastation expanded rapidly. To keep their family and new home from further suffering, Wilhelm and Nylathria saw no other choice but joining the war efforts along with other elven fighters. This meant leaving Aurelia behind to be raised by her two aunts. The years passed by, and the war eventually ended with the Mendrossan Monarchy as it's victor. Expecting her parents return, Aurelia was waiting patiently. However, that day would never come. After decades of hope, the young girl had to come to terms with the loss of her parents. Not knowing what happened to them, Aurelia was falling into despair. In order to find the answers she desperately needed to move on, Aurelia left her home to venture into the human regions.
